You’ll receive a digital file that is a 3D representation of your custom heraldry or image. Optionally, this can be applied to any of our existing products that you may order separately, embossed or otherwise modified to include your custom design.
The size of features included in your design may be limited by the type of product you wish to customize. To start your order, we will provide a half hour to consult on your design. If you’re not satisfied with our proposal or we don’t feel like we can produce your desired results, your order will be fully refunded.
After the consultation, we’ll provide up to 4 attempts at completing your request to your satisfaction. You will receive 2D and 3D mockups of how your finished design and customized product will be delivered.
Additional attempts to render your design to your satisfaction can be purchased for $20 each. At the end of the design process, you will receive all materials created in the pursuit of delivering your perfect product. This includes any 2D or 3D representations of your work.
Gutenberg Armory will not reuse your image or provide to any other party, it is yours and yours alone!
